Introduction

Root Thumm proposes cheerful music made of traditional Japanese melodies, electro sounds but also live instruments, arranged by vintage keyboards! All this gives an electro-pop result orchestrated by the four members of the band: the singer LIO, the guitarist SUJIN, the bassist Benjamin AKAI and the drummer… JAPPY.

Yeah! JAPPY is the band's mascot and gives the rhythm! This cute creature, between rabbit and mouse, is always there to take part in the band's energy!

Their last album, Coton, was released in December 2009 and perfectly represents their music: choruses that stay in mind, rhythms that make you feel like dancing and melodies that make you smile!
