The Japan Fashion Days are hosting BE JAPON’s designers: they unveil the beauty of kimono, whether traditional or as part of more modern clothes!
introduction
BE JAPON is a group of designers sharing Japanese culture through Japanese clothes highlighted on stage thanks to music and dance.
Their creations are presented in various ways, showing the beauty of kimono.
“The beauty of Japan―represented by KIMONO” – Fashion show
On the main stage, this show presents kimono, kimono-inspired clothes and flowers, to the rhythm of the four seasons. Divided in two parts, it first focuses on spring and summer, and then on fall and winter. Dancers, models, and performers show the elegance of neo-Japanese beauty.
1. Spring-Summer – Colorful & Bright
This part shows costumes made from light fabrics and spring-summer dresses, as well as hair accessories created with flowers.
2. Fall-Winter – Elegant & Graceful
Costumes made from traditional elegant dresses are enhanced with traditional hair accessories, and oriental make-up.
“The beauty of Japan―Kimono” – Demonstration
On the cultural stage, a fiddle performance accompanies a show of traditional wedding dresses and other elegant dresses, presented by models, dancers, and artists.
