Every year, the J.E. Live House allows to discover Japanese artists from J-Pop to rock, electro and Visual Kei.

With every festival, live showcases gather momentum and are now inevitable at Japan Expo and cheered by the attendees. Famous stars have come in the past such as Akira YAMAOKA (guest of honor for video games soundtrack 2011) , Lightning, Golden Bomber, May'n, Shanti or the legendary stars of heavy metal Seikima-II. The J.E. Live House also allows great meetings with stars-to-be who present their music to the French public. More and more Japanese bands and artists come to perform on the dark stage of the J.E. Live House!

The aim of this stage is both simple and unique: a real professional concert stage for Japanese artist and band showcases, up to four every day! No seats: attendees enjoy the music, singing and dancing to the rhythm of all the styles which are represented!

So don’t be surprised: access to the J.E. Live House is free, no extra charges!

The J.E. Live House has become the beating heart of the festival thanks to a capacity of 8.000 people. Imagine the atmosphere when thousands of attendees cheer the artists on stage… You have to see it to believe it!
