The French selections for the 2012 ECG edition take place at Japan Expo 12^th Impact.

Presentation

During the last edition of Japan Expo, a new contest was launched: European Cosplay Gathering, ECG for experts. The 11th Impact selected the French participants and marked the beginning of a great European tour during which several Cosplayers were going to be chosen. And now you are going to attend the first great finals of this new event at Japan Expo 12^th Impact!

Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom and Switzerland: these ten countries took part in the first edition of the contest, with up to four participants each! A group and a solo will parade on stage at Japan Expo to represent their countries.

The ECG allows the selected Cosplayers to perform on the widest Cosplay stage of Europe, that of Japan Expo, in front of 15.000 people eager to cheer them. More than a mere Cosplay show, the ECG first final is bound to be a show worthy of this name, which the audience will be delighted to attend.

The 12^th Impact of Japan Expo will also host the French selections of the second edition of the contest.
