Japan is celebrating Hinamatsuri

Tomorrow, March 3, the Japanese celebrate Hinamatsuri during a day dedicated to little girls!

Hinamatsuri, literally, is dolls’ day and is a day dedicated to little girls. People pray for their growth and their happiness.

For a few days before Hinamatsuri, little Japanese girls exhibit Hina-ningyo dolls.
