Signing session system
In Japan Expo festivals, two systems are usually proposed to attend signing sessions in order to allow everyone to get a chance of getting an autograph from one of our guests!
FCFS: First come, first served
Traditionally, every morning the FCFS signing session system is the easiest one: the guest gets ready in the Signing Room and when the festival opens the attendees come freely to meet him or her, or have to go to the Signing Session Center to get a signing ticket. This system gives priority to the people who come early in the morning to make sure they’re going to meet the guest: the first to come are the first to get served!
Draw
Traditionally, in the afternoon, the drawing system is open to all the attendees and they can try all day long.- You go to the Signing Session Center of Japan Expo
- You show your entrance ticket
- Your ticket is marked according to the signing session you chose
- You are invited to pick a note from the box corresponding to the guest you chose
- There are "Gagnant" ("Got it") and "Perdant" ("Too bad") notes in the box. You know right then if you won or lost
- If you win, an official signing session ticket is given to you
- For each guest: only one picking a day per person
